Salmon, especially organic bred and not farm fed have valuable omega 3s. There are so many other health benefits as well. They help reduce risks of heart disease, cancer, blindness and eye problems, arthritis, and other inflammatory diseases. We should opt for two to three servings (about of 6 - 12 ounces per week)per week of salmon high in Omega 3s.
